Directory of Social Change works as a support charity for small and medium sized charities, they undertake conferences, training, policy and research and much more to help smaller charity organisations.

Our independent status and well respected research means we can challenge and create debate around government policy, trust funding, and other issues which threaten the independence of smaller charities. We are in touch with over 20,000 charities annually through our conferences and training on fundraising, management, organisational and personal development, communication, finance and law.

Down below are some example from their Twitter feed on what support they offer.

GARITE believes as Directory of Social Change that some of the most important charity work is preformed by the smaller charities and therefore they need to be supported. Moreover GARITE thinks that true social change starts with a small ”group of thoughtful citizen…” and is therefore extra excited to have Directory of Social Change as our Charity of August!

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
― Margaret Mead

P.S We have said it before but it is all about giving! Don’t forget that. How YOU can help.
